In this alternate timeline created when Captain Christopher Pike attempted to avoid the accident that would leave him severely disfigured and disabled.

By the 2280s, the style consisted of a double-breasted red jacket worn over a turtle necked undershirt. The undershirt, along with stripes on the pants, shoulder, and left sleeve had distinctive division colors. The jacket closed by a clasp at the right shoulder which also held the ranks. It also had a darker stripped section with Starfleet delta symbols on the shoulder. The wearer had a Starfleet insignia on the left breast.

They also wore a black belt which had the Starfleet insignia as a belt buckle. Black pants were worn with black boots.

In 2366, one junior officer wore an unusual hybrid of the two primary uniform designs.

These duty uniforms consisted of form-fitting jumpsuits, primarily black but prominently displaying the wearer's division color on the chest, back and sleeves, as well as in piping along the shoulders, collar, and pant cuffs. It also featured a higher, more formal collar.

In the 31st century, acting on incomplete information, the Kyrian Museum of Heritage attempted to recreate what they deemed the warship Voyager, and her crew's acts of plunder, in 2374.

The duty uniforms were slightly different than the ones present on the 2371 version worn by the Voyager crew. These uniforms lacked rank insignia and a combadge, and had a black undershirt, as well as black gloves.

This variant appeared in 2381. It consisted of a black jacket, with white piping separating the division color shoulders from the colored torso of the jacket. It was worn with black pants and boots.

The combadge was worn on the left breast, and the rank pips were worn on the right collar.

In 2381, Ensign Brad Boimler of the USS Cerritos created the holo-novel program Crisis Point II: Paradoxus, a sequel to Beckett Mariner's Crisis Point: The Rise of Vindicta from the previous year. Boimler cast himself and his friends as the command staff of the Sovereign-class USS Wayfarer, which had a distinct uniform style.

This uniform was primarily based on the design first used in 2373, but featured a prominent white stripe between the blue-gray shoulder area and the rest of the uniform, which was black; the stripe resembled that of the uniform style normally used on the Cerritos at the time.

Introduced sometime before the 3060s, this duty uniform consisted of a light gray jump suit with a division Colored narrow stripe down the right side of the torso. A pair of trapezoids was attached to the front of the collar. This uniform was worn with a thin gray belt.

Additionally, a Starfleet tricom badge was worn on the chest. This style went out of service sometime in the late 3180s.

A gray two-piece suit with red shoulders, collar and a strip that went down the arm. A pair of trapezoids was attached to the front of the collar. This uniform was worn with grey boots.

A combadge, consisting of a gold delta shield on a silver oval, was worn on the left breast. They displayed no rank.
